A New Vietnamese Restaurant?

This Pleasant Street Extension address has been been vacant for quite a while. Previously, it has been rented for temporary uses, like presidential campaigns and the like.

It's a part of a multi-use storefront that currently houses a tattoo shop. The store is about 3,500 square feet.

The entire building and land are assessed at $278,500. The building was constructed in 1880.

So far, one person has said they'd like to see a new ethnic food restaurant open in the site, possibly Korean, Moroccan, Vietnamese or Greek. Another suggested an Eastern European eatery.
