The Concord Police Department has released the name of the man who perished in an accident late last night on Clinton Street near I-89. Jesse Wolfe, 31, of Concord, passed away "as a result of injuries sustained in the accident," according to Lt. John Thomas, a watch commander with the department. Two other individuals, including a 7-year-old child, were also injured in the crash and were transported to Concord Hospital. Thomas said in a statement said there wasn't any other information available and that the investigation is ongoing. Concord NH Patch will update this story as more information becomes available.
