Police Seek Tips After Possible Drive-By Shooting In Downtown Concord: Follow-Up
A bullet was shot through the second-floor window of an apartment early Sunday morning in the area of South Main Street and Sexton Avenue.
CONCORD, NH — Police are seeking tips after a shooting in Downtown Concord early Sunday morning.
According to a Concord Regional Crimeline, officers were sent to the area of South Main Street and Sexton Avenue just past 1:15 a.m. for a shots-fired call for service.
“A resident in the area reported that they heard what sounded like several gunshots,” Lt. Thomas Yerkes, of the bureau of investigations, said. “A resident reported that a bullet entered through their second-story window and into their residence.”

There were no injuries, he said.
Yerkes said witnesses saw a dark-colored sedan leaving the area at a high rate of speed, traveling south on South Main Street.

“This is believed to be an isolated incident,” Yerkes said. “There is believed to be no danger to the general public
related to this incident.”
The shooting remains an active and open investigation, he said.
