Police: Teen Allegedly Spit on Her Mother
Reports allege that Pierce Osgood smashed a remote after a fight about money.
A local teen is in trouble with the law again after an alleged assault and vandalism incident on Warren Street last month.
Pierce Makuen Osgood, 17, of Concord, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on Feb. 11, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and criminal mischief (vandalism).
According to a Concord Police arrest report and a court affidavit, an officer was called to Warren Street for a domestic between a mother and daughter. When the officer arrived, the mother was “running from the residence crying hysterically” and alleged that her daughter had been “yelling at her and demanding money.” When she refused, she said, Osgood allegedly spit in her face at least three times and began throwing items around the house “in a fit of rage,” according to the report.

The officer noted that items were in disarray around the living room. A television remote was "clearly destroyed" and in a number of pieces.
Osgood was then arrested and held without bail.

The teen is no stranger to police, according to previous reports.
Back in December 2013, Osgood allegedly assaulted her mother when she refused to give her money that the woman thought would be used for drugs.
Osgood, after a session a local drug and alcohol recovery center, allegedly threatened her mother while driving home. Later, after her mother stopped her car and attempted to get away from her daughter, Osgood allegedly chased her down the street, striking and grabbing at her.
