Concord Police: NY man arrested on false ID, drug charges after hotel spat, man charged with false imprisonment, Dover woman busted for DWI.

CONCORD, NH - Julie M. Demos, 49, of Hamilton Street in Dover, was arrested at 12:13 a.m. on May 14, 2016, for driving while intoxicated and possession of prescription drugs without a prescription. An officer on South Main Street reportedly saw a vehicle pulling an illegal U-turn and stopped the Honda Civic, which “jerked to the right then abruptly jerked to the left,” at South Main and Water streets, according to a report. The driver – Demos – allegedly fumbled through papers while a passenger reportedly began yelling at the officer for asking questions, according to the officer. After field sobriety tests, she was arrested. In the center console of the vehicle, police allegedly found a single dose of Lamictal in a plastic bag, according to the report. She’s due in court on June 6.

Herbert N. Thibeault, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons at 5:28 p.m. on April 16, 2016, for passing of items to or from the occupant of a motor vehicle on Storrs Street outside of Market Basket.

Peter K. Benz, 65, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 9:31 p.m. on April 12, 2016, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault from an alleged incident nine hours before on Fisherville Road.

Robert H. Follansbee, 29, of District 5 Road in Concord, was arrested at 1:35 a.m. on April 10, 2016, for driving while intoxicated. While at a red light on South Main Street and Water, an officer reportedly saw a Ford Explorer made an illegal U-turn and pulled the vehicle over in the McDonald’s Restaurant parking lot. The driver – Follansbee – admitted it was “a dick move” on his part to pull the U-turn, according to the report. Follansbee and a passenger both reportedly smelled like alcohol but he reportedly denied drinking. While speaking to him, the officer alleged Follansbee showed “confusion and signs of impairment,” according to the report. After field sobriety tests, he was arrested.

Osita J. Enweronye, 26, of Kingsland Avenue in the Bronx, NY, was arrested at 4:44 p.m. on April 9, 2016, for felony identity fraud, possession of controlled drugs-marijuana, and manufacture, sale, possession of false identification. Police were sent to the Fairfield Inn on Gulf Street after hotel staffers could not get several individuals who were staying at the hotel to leave after receiving that one of the guests allegedly was using a stolen credit card number. The officers went to speak with the guests. Two had NY IDs but another man allegedly had a Michigan license that they suspected was not real. After some investigating – which included a search of a knapsack, some online research, and allegedly finding a bag of marijuana – they were able to determine the real identity of the man – Enweronye – and he was arrested. During processing, police learned that he had allegedly purchased $4,100 worth of transactions at Sears and $1,900 worth of transactions at Walmart, according to a court affidavit. He was held on $3,000 cash.

Nathan J. Gray, 28, of Melody Lane in Hillsboro, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on April 6, 2016, for domestic violence-false imprisonment and false imprisonment. Officers were sent to the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road for a report of a man – Gray – being attacked by his ex-wife’s brother. After they arrived, dispatch reported that there was a second incident from the mall involving an alleged stalking incident and the reporting officer was able to determine that the incidents were connected. A woman alleged that they were at the food court and Gray arrived with their daughter, an argument ensued, and he allegedly threw a drink at a relative. The two men reportedly also began fighting in the parking lot, according to the report. Gray reportedly stated that they had joint custody but nothing in writing and had arranged to have his daughter spend time with the woman when he was reportedly attacked by her brother. He alleged that he didn’t want the woman to leave with the child and there was some interaction in the parking involving vehicles. A security guard at the mall later alleged that Gray was following the woman around the parking lot in his vehicle. He was later charged.

Brittany S. Utor, 27, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on April 5, 2016, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief. Officers were sent to a parking lot on Loudon Road for a report of a domestic disturbance. The argument, according to police, started when Utor reportedly looked at the victim’s history on his computer and got upset with him. He reportedly left but then, returned later after she invited a friend over, according to the arrest report. She was allegedly intoxicated and “poured a beer on his head” as he was about to fall asleep and was pulling at his hair and shirt, according to the report. She also allegedly knocked over a television and threw a bowl of candy across the room, according to the report. “Brittany was yelling at him loudly and eventually a neighbor knocked on Brittany's apartment door,” the officer reported. “(The victim) stated he let (the neighbor) in and informed him he was being attacked.” Utor reportedly denied the attack

Corey T. Grady, 25, of Maple Street in Hopkinton, was arrested at 7 p.m. on April 4, 2016, for driving while intoxicated, felony possession of controlled drugs-cocaine, and possession of drugs-marijuana. Concord Fire and Rescue teams as well as police were sent to South Street near Coolidge Avenue after a Dodge Dakota struck a telephone pole which snapped in half, according to an arrest report. At first, according to police, Grady said he was driving and then “quickly recanted his statement,” and said she was driving. “While speaking with Corey, I observed that his eyes were bloodshot red and glossy and could smell a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath,” the officer alleged. “As Corey spoke, he was slurring his words and unsteady on his feet, swaying from front to back. I also observed what appeared to be traces of a white powdery substance in Corey's nostrils.” A woman who was in the vehicle reportedly told police that Grady was driving and was allegedly intoxicated. After field sobriety tests, he was arrested. During processing, police allegedly found nine mini Ziplock bags containing a white powdery substance that “confirmed the presence of cocaine,” according to the report.

Nicole Collins, 24, and Christopher L. Couch, 19, both of Village Street in Penacook, were arrested at 7:04 a.m. on April 2, 2016, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. Police were sent to an apartment on Village for a report of a domestic where Collins alleged that Couch had thrown things around the apartment and was refusing to let her leave with their child. Couch countered that in a fit of rage, she allegedly punched him in the head while he was holding their child. She alleged that he broke the screen on a sliding glass door. After some back and forth about video recorded on a cellphone and Collins’ allegedly evolving story, irrationality, and uncooperativeness, they were both arrested.
