Remembering Sept. 11

The 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks will be a very emotional and significant day for all Americans and Concord residents who will never forget the events that unfolded on that morning.

As part of a special 9/11 remembrance project, Concord NH Patch will publish stories each day beginning on Monday that will culminate with the events planned at the State House on Sunday, Sept. 11.

Each day, Concord NH Patch readers will hear from people in the community who were directly impacted by the terrorist attacks. They will also have the opportunity to share their personal stories of where they were that day, what they felt when they saw the hijacked jetliners crash into the World Trade Center in New York City, the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., and Shanksville, Pa.
