The Executive Council approved the resignation of Concord's Terry Shumaker from the state Ballot Law Commission on Wednesday. The resignation was approved at a meeting at the University of New Hampshire in Durham. According to the Union Leader, Shumaker is set to join the "Ready for Hillary" PAC as a senior adviser.
