Restaurant Week NH Starts Friday
The 2015 statewide culinary event features more than 100 dining establishments offering a wide variety of cuisine.

New Hampshire Lodging & Restaurant Association’s 4th Annual Restaurant Week New Hampshire starts this Friday, March 20, and runs through next Friday, March 27, with a kick-off event tonight in Salem, according to a press statement.
“The New Hampshire Liquor Commission is proud to be the presenting sponsor of NH Restaurant Week, which works to spotlight the abundant dining options available in our state,” said New Hampshire Liquor Commission Chairman Joseph W. Mollica. “Restaurant Week provides an excellent opportunity for diners to sample New Hampshire’s world-class cuisine and explore wine and spirit pairings that accentuate those dishes. We hope many glasses are raised and toasts are made for this wonderful statewide celebration of food.”
The 2015 statewide culinary event features more than 100 dining establishments and is designed to entice residents and visitors alike to experience the wide variety of cuisine available throughout New Hampshire. Eight days to try something new!

For eight days, participating restaurants offer special Restaurant Week New Hampshire menu items with various pricing options, some including a prix fixe 3-course lunch and/or dinner menu. “The chefs from our participating restaurants have once again done an exemplary job creating menus to fit every palate and budget,” said Mike Somers, NHLRA president and CEO.
Diners can sample some of New Hampshire’s finest, freshest, local specialties in dining atmospheres that range from casual to elegant. Some participating restaurants boast water views while other eateries provide a hip city vibe. Still other rural New Hampshire establishments offer a quaint farm-to-table village inn experience.

Seven Celebrity Chefs from around the state were chosen as New Hampshire Restaurant Week 2015 Celebrity Chefs based on their contributions to the New Hampshire culinary community. Each Celebrity Chef strives to bring quality food, unique menus, and the best culinary experience they can offer to the Granite State.
Consumers can download Celebrity Chef recipes from the Restaurant Week New Hampshire website at RestaurantWeekNH.com. The website also allows consumers to research restaurants by region, type of cuisine, price point or keyword.
