The operator allegedly continued to drive the Nissan on its rims on the DW Highway into Tyngsborough, MA, and south onto Tyngsborough Road. Police in that community successfully deployed another set of spike strips and the vehicle came to a stop just across the Tyngsborough-Chelmsford line.

Coffey was then arrested.

“Coffey is facing multiple charges out of Vermont, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts,” Noyes noted. “Once a hearing is scheduled and held, Coffey will be extradited back to the state of New Hampshire to answer multiple charges from Nashua Police Department and the New Hampshire State Police.”
