Salem Woman Arrested On 3rd DUI After North Main Street Crash: Cop Log

SALEM, NH — Anthony Yefferson Melo Arias, 26, of Jackson Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, received a summons at 1:54 p.m. on Aug. 26, 2024, on an operating without a valid license charge after a moped stop, without plates, at Cross Street and Valeska Lane.

Jesus Joel Garcia Torres, 28, of Boston Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on a bail jumping charge at 11:48 a.m. on Aug. 26. He was arrested on a warrant and released.

Jon Rocco-Jensen Spinazzola, 35, of Millville Circle in Salem was arrested at 11:13 a.m. on Aug. 26 on driving after revocation or suspension and motor vehicle not equipped with alcohol interlock device charges after a motor vehicle stop at the Red Roof Inn on Red Roof Lane. He was released on bail after being charged.

Ryanna Patrice Callery, 45, of Billerica Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 9:44 a.m. on Aug. 26 on a bail jumping charge. She was arrested on a warrant after being sent to the department from court to be booked. Callery was already given a court date for an electronic bench warrant at court, according to police.

Robert S. Paul, 53, of Washington Street in Boston, MA, was arrested at 9:53 p.m. on Aug. 25 on driving after revocation or suspension, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and operating without a valid license charges after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway. He was released on $500 cash bail.

Lindsay J. Sinclair, 43, of Connell Drive in Salem was arrested at 7:33 p.m. on Aug. 25 on driving under the influence-third offense. Police were sent to North Main Street for a report of a crash. A single car crashed into a gate and the driver, a woman, was unconscious, according to police. The driver was taken to the Parkland Medical Center by Salem fire and rescue teams and was released on bail at the hospital.

John Thomas McEvoy III, 48, of Windham Depot Road in Derry was arrested at 1:16 a.m. on Aug. 25 on a DUI charge after a motor vehicle stop on North Broadway Street. After field sobriety tests, the driver was arrested and taken into protective custody at the Rockingham County Jail.

Joseph M. Bochetti II, 43, of Glines Street in Haverhill, MA was arrested on criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention charges at 10:37 p.m. on Aug. 9. Police were sent to Chasers on Veterans Memorial Parkway for a disturbance. A detail officer requested more police for issues with unwanted subjects. A man was arrested and a woman was able to get a ride home. Both were trespassed from the business.

Devin Jon Lester Marsh, 22, of Old County Road in Clarksville was arrested at 1:34 p.m. on Aug. 9 on two felony possession of controlled drug charges after a motor vehicle stop at South Broadway Street and Travelers Drive.
