According to police, at around 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, officers were sent to Bow Center Road for a report of an accident. When they arrived, they found a single vehicle accident with no driver. An on-scene investigation, according to Sgt. Arthur Merrigan of the Bow Police Department, found that the vehicle was “driving at a high rate of speed before veering off the road and striking a tree.” The operator allegedly fled into the woods after the crash.
