Second Incumbent Concord School Board Member Gets A Challenger
On the last day of filing, Cara Meeker, a newcomer to the city, files to run for the District B seat, representing Wards 5, 6, and 7.

CONCORD, NH — On the last day of filing to run for Concord School District board of education seats, a second challenger to an incumbent emerged.
Cara Meeker, who lives in Ward 7, filed to run for the District B seat, representing Ward 5, 6, and 7. She was the last to file to run for seats, Patrick Taylor, the district’s clerk, said. The parent of a fourth-grader jumped in because she supported “a strong public education system,” she said.
