NARAL Pro-Choice New Hampshire to Host 41st Roe v. Wade Anniversary Celebration

Concord, NH—On Wednesday, January 22nd, NARAL Pro-Choice New Hampshire will host “Roe at 41: Still Fighting for Choice.” The event will take place in Governor’s Hall at the Capitol Center for the Arts from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

The event is an annual celebration of the monumental Supreme Court case that protects a woman’s right to choose safe, legal abortion.  This year, NARAL Pro-Choice New Hampshire will be honoring the legislative leadership of Senator Martha Fuller Clark as an advocate for reproductive freedom for more than two decades.

The guest speaker will be Robin Marty, activist, reporter, and author of “Crow After Roe: How Women’s Health is the New “Separate But Equal” and How to Change That,” which details the chip away tactics anti-choice legislators are using across the country to restrict access to abortion care. Several of these initiatives, including a targeted regulation of abortion provider bill, will be considered by the New Hampshire legislature this session.
