Seventh Time Driving with Suspended License Lands Manchester Man in Jail

New Hampshire State Police arrest Matthew Brault after being stopped for speeding in Bow.

A Manchester man is behind bars tonight after another driving infraction arrest on I-93 in Bow today.

Matthew Brault, 24, of Manchester, was arrested on Nov. 23, on operating while under suspension and speeding.

According to Sgt. William Graham, a trooper reportedly clocked a vehicle on I-93 south in Bow driving 82 mph, according to radar. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Brault, was revealed to have had a suspended license.

“A further check revealed that he was under suspension for defaulting child payments and this was his seventh time driving on a suspended license,” according to Graham. “His third offense in 2014.”

Brault was arrested and held on $1,000 cash bail. He’s due to be arraigned tomorrow.

In July 2013, Brault was arrested in Londonderry on a number of charges, according to a post on Patch. In March of this year, he was arrested on driving charges in Bedford.
