According to police, last month, investigators began looking into sexual assault allegations allegedly involving Allen and a minor child, according to a report. The alleged crime was not random, as the victim was known to Allen, and he is on the public sex offender registry, having been convicted of sexual assault in 2007.
At around 8 a.m. on Tuesday, he was arrested on a warrant for the sexual assault allegation at his residence without incident. Since Allen allegedly failed to comply with his registration requirements, that charge was added. He was held on $4,000 cash bail and $20,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in Sixth Circuit Court in Hooksett on Oct. 21, 2015.
