Sexual Assaulter Wanted For Violations Has Ties To Central NH

The U.S. Marshals Service is searching for Benjamin Rodriguez, a registered sex offender, on behalf of the state's parole board, cops.

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is looking for a convicted aggravated sexual assaulter who is wanted for alleged parole and bail violations, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. Benjamin Rodriguez is 45, a Hispanic male, that is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 160 lbs., and has brown eyes and is bald. He sometimes goes by the name of "Benjamin Rodrigues," according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White.

“Rodriguez is charged with parole violations, breach of bail on a sex offender registry violation, and failure to appear on a sex offender registry violation,” White noted in a press statement.

Rodriguez was last known to be living in Manchester but has ties to family, friends and associates, throughout the central New Hampshire area. Warrants were issued for his arrest in February 2017, and again on Jan. 24, 2018.

According to the New Hampshire Department of Safety, Rodriguez was convicted on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault against a victim under 18 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in August 1994. He was also convicted of duty to inform in March 2016.
