Shurtleff Elected Democratic House Caucus Leader
Penacook representative wins post unanimously.

State Rep. Steve Shurtleff, D-Concord, will lead House Democrats during the next session, according to a report by the Associated Press.

It is presumed that since Republicans have an overwhelming majority in the House that Shurtleff will not be elected speaker.
