Sign Up for R.A.D. Basic Physical Self Defense Class
The class is being offered by the Concord Police Department on Nov. 3, 2015.

The R.A.D. System of self-defense is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques.
The R.A.D. System is a comprehensive course that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and risk avoidance. The course includes lecture, discussion, and self-defense techniques suitable for women of all ages and abilities. This is a 12-hour course broken up over four days and taught by nationally certified R.A.D. Instructors. Each student will be given a workbook/reference manual which will outline the entire Physical Defense Program for reference and continuous personal growth. R.A.D. has a free lifetime return and practice policy for all R.A.D. graduates.
This class has only 12 openings.

- Location: Girls Inc. (the old Eastman School) – 15 Shawmut St. Concord
- When: November 3, 5, 10, 12 from 5pm – 8pm
