When asked if anyone else had any alcohol, Shinall and Fleming allegedly removed bottles from their backpacks.
All three were placed under arrest.
During an inventory search, a pipe with burnt marijuana was allegedly found in Shinall’s backpack.
A fourth person didn’t have any alcohol, according to the officer, and blew a 0.00 on a BrAC test, so he was released from the scene.
The three others were released on personal recognizance bail and due in court on Dec. 16.
