Snow, Sleet, Slippery Roads: Hazardous Weather Outlook Alert For NH

Snow in some areas of New Hampshire will turn to sleet and freezing rain on Thursday; commuters are warned to drive carefully.

GRAY, ME — Forecasters are warning of a slippery morning commute on Thursday due to snow, sleet, and freezing rain before temperatures warm up later in the day.

A hazardous weather outlook alert was issued on Wednesday, warning of a wintry mix on Thursday morning. The National Weather Service said warmer air and precipitation would bring snow to the area. That snow, though, will change later in the day.
