Sound Off About Comcast Service on Monday

A public hearing will be held in the Concord City Council Chambers at 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 15.

From the City Manager’s Newsletter:

Residents are reminded that there will be a Public Hearing on Monday, Dec. 15, at 5:30 PM, in City Council Chambers, regarding the renewal of Concord’s cable television franchise agreement
with Comcast.
Comcast is currently the primary source of cable television services in Concord. They operate under a franchise
agreement that expires on Oct. 28, 2015.
The purpose of the public hearing will be to consider, among other things, the financial ability of Comcast to provide adequate and technically sound facilities and signal quality; adequate channel capacity; and facilities for local programming use.

The City Council will also hear testimony on future cable-related needs and interests of the Concord community. Interested parties are encouraged to attend and provide input.

Office, City of Concord, 41 Green St. , Concord, NH 03301.
