Spirit Halloween Opening 12 Stores In New Hampshire: Here's Where

NEW HAMPSHIRE — Attention those who love all things Halloween.

Spirit Halloween plans to have at least 12 stores across New Hampshire this season. Some of these Spirit Halloween stores are already open, but the company says the majority will not open until the end of August/September.

Spirit Halloween's real estate strategy is to "ideally look for temporary three-month leases that include a kick-out clause," the company said on its website.

"Since Spirit locations open on or about Sept. 1 and remain open through Nov. 1, our ideal lease would run from mid-July through mid-November," continued the company. "We like to locate our stores in power centers, strip centers, free-standing stores, major downtown retail locations and in major malls surrounded by a national retailer mix. Our aim is to set up in communities that have 1) a population of approximately 35,000+, 2) living within a 3-5 mile radius, and 3) with a car count of at least 25,000 cars per day."

Here are all the Spirit Halloween locations already open or coming soon to Patch communities for Halloween 2024:

• 68 March Avenue in Manchester (at former Dress Barn location).
• 12 Northwest Boulevard in Nashua (at former Party City location).
• 255 Amherst St. in Nashua (at former AC Moore location).
• 8 Spit Brook Road in Nashua (at former Namco location).

Coming Soon

• 24 Fort Eddy Road in Concord (at former Rite Aid location).
• 356 Lafayette Road in Hampton (at former Rite Aid location).
• 265 South Broadway in Salem (at former Bed Bath and Beyond location).

The company also has shops open in Goffstown, Keene, Newington, Somersworth, and Tilton.
