Stabbing Reported in Downtown Concord
Breaking: Concord Regional Crimeline is looking for information about the case. Police say the incident may be drug related.

CONCORD, NH — The Concord Regional Crimeline has issued an alert asking for the public’s help with a stabbing last night in downtown residence, according to an alert. Information about the incident is limited but according to Sgt. Robert Buelte, a detective with the department, at just after 11 p.m. on March 24, 2017, officers were sent to a disturbance call at a home downtown.
“Arriving officers discovered a male subject who had been stabbed by another male,” Buelte stated. “The individual was transported by the Concord Fire Department to Concord Hospital where (he) was treated for a non-life threatening wound.”

Investigators are currently working the case and it is believed that the men knew each other, the release stated. Buelte also said that the incident may be related to narcotics.
Police did not release a location of the incident but readers today told Patch that an area on North State Street near Pleasant and Warren streets, around Blake Street, was taped off last night at just before midnight into the early morning hours.
