State Police Busy Making Arrests on I-93, I-89
DUI, drug busts, driving charges issued last week on New Hampshire highways near Concord.
Troop B and Troop D of the New Hampshire State Police arrested a number of area residents on I-93, I-89, and other roadways last week, on various charges. Here’s a sampling of some of the arrests:
- Kyle Sargent, 22, was arrested on I-93 in Bow on a reckless operation charge on March 11.

- Scott Odette, 29, was arrested on I-93 in Canterbury on March 12, on DUI and possession of controlled drugs charges.
- Edward Neve, 28, was arrested on March 13,on I-93 in Concord on DUI, possession of controlled drugs, and transportation of controlled drug in a motor vehicle.
- Evan Cote, 27, was arrested on Shawmut Street in Concord on March 14, on an aggravated DUI charge.
- Courtney Burghard, 25, was arrested on March 14, on I-93 in Bow and charged with operating after suspension, speed, following too close.
- Matthew Runnells, 28, was arrested on March 14, on I-93, in Bow, and charged with possession of controlled drug and operating after suspension.
- Christian Hodge of Goffstown was arrested on March 15, in Bedford, on an electronic bench warrant.
- Jilian L. Forma, 30, was arrested on March 15, on I-89 in Concord, on a transportation of a controlled drugs charge.
- Patrick Heisler, 20, was arrested on March 15, on I-93 in Bow, on a reckless operation charge.
- James Burke, 62, of Bow, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug and driving while intoxicated on March 16, in Bedford.
- Abigail Lutz, 18, and Cassandra Fahey, 17, were both arrested on March 16, on Route 114 in Henniker, and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.
