State Police Make Drug Dealing Arrest

NHSP: Kathleen Gilmartin of Epsom was arrested today for allegedly dealing heroin and cocaine.

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire State Police Narcotics and Investigations Unit along with members of the Epsom Police Department arrested a local woman on drug dealing charges today, according to a press statement. Kathleen Gilmartin, 51, of North Road in Epsom, was arrested on Feb. 21, 2017, for possession with intent to distribute-heroin, cocaine, and sale of a narcotic drug-heroin.

State and local police executed a search warrant of the home and later, arrested Gilmartin. She was processed and released on $15,000 personal recognizance bail. She’s due in Merrimack County Superior Court on March 2.

According to police, she was arrested in Pittsfield in August 2016 for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, and open container.
