'Strong-Armed Robbery' Reported at CVS

Concord Police issue alert about incident at around 11 a.m. on Sept. 3, 2015.

Concord Police are investigating a robbery at CVS on Loudon Road.

The robbery took place at around 11 a.m. on Sept. 3, 2015.

According to Lt. Timothy O’Malley, the commander of the criminal investigations division, the suspect was last seen running towards Burns Avenue in Concord.

The man is described as white, 5-feet, 11-inches tall, with a thin build. He was wearing dark cap, a dark piece of cloth over his face, a dark shirt, green cargo pants, and tan boots, according to the alert.

“No gun displayed or threatened,” O’Malley noted. “He shoved the clerk and escaped with an unknown amount of cash.”

According to scanner chatter, police were received tips from a number of residents who saw the man fleeing the area. If you have more information about the incident, contact the Concord Regional Crimeline.
