As an addition to the charity, there will also be monthly Charity Live Streams where people of all ages can come watch Nick and his YouTube friends play games while raising money for charity.

“It works like this,” he noted in an email. “People go to the Live Stream link and can watch us play games and can also send donations while watching. There will be many different games being played along with possible challenges by the YouTubers to try and raise money.”

The first monthly live stream will be from noon to 9 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26. This will be a nine-hour live stream where anyone can join all they need is a computer, tablet, or phone and they can watch.

“Think of this live stream like a bake sale but instead of selling cookies to raise money, we are playing games and people can donate while watching us play games,” he said.

Nick also has a store open where people can buy shirts to support the charity and $3.99 of the total cost will go straight to the charity.

“I am also proud to say we have already raise $97.26,” he said.

Ultimately, Nick is hoping to raise at least $500.

Chris Skafidas was a father and musician who graduated from Concord High School in 1984. His family previously owned the A&W in town which later became Skuffy’s. It’s now called the CitySide Grille.
