You’ve heard and read over and over again that the more you do anything, the more you learn and the more you see and feel a change. Concord Pilates lives by this theory and is why they have brought back the Pilates Challenge. Beginning July 1 and lasting 60 days with the final day of August 31 you will be working toward that goal of looking and feeling great! “You know that the more often you practice Pilates, the more quickly and clearly you will see and feel a difference in your body,” said Mara Sievers, owner of Concord Pilates. Sievers continued, “We are looking to make this summer the ONE that makes a difference for those who want to commit to a change.”

The 10-20-30 Pilates Challenge is open to anyone! There are “do this from home” instructions along with a variety of class options in the Concord Pilates studio. You do not have to be a current student at Concord Pilates to join the Challenge. “We are very excited to open this Challenge on EVERYONE,” said Sievers. When you join the Challenge, you receive a kit that will keep you on track over the 60-day period.
