Sunny Skies, Networking, and ‘Burning the Future’ Documentary Showing
Here's what's going on in Concord today.
- Yeah, sun. If you liked yesterday, you’re going to love today. Expect mostly sunny skies with highs near 70, with light breezes. Clouds roll in during the evening and temps will drop down into the 30s.
- Closing in on 1,600. Once again, the Concord NH Patch Facebook site is finding more and more friends to join all the fun. Please “like” our Facebook site and help us get to 1,600!
- Content is king. Chuck Sink of Chuck Sink Link will give a short presentation at The Suite Success in Networking Group meeting at 11:30 a.m. at The Office Suite on Loudon Road. If you have a service or business and need to do some promotion, this is a great, fun, free group to be involved in.
- Burning the Future. The documentary film, “Burning the Future: Coal in America,” will be shown in the Hargate Auditorium at St. Paul’s School at 7 p.m. The showing is free of charge.
- Other stuff. A toddler play group meets at 10 a.m. at The Children’s Place and Parents’ Education Center. Dustin’s Fitness Solutions offers a complimentary circuit training class at noon. Dan Walker plays Hermanos at 6:30 p.m.
