Sutkus Promoted To AVP Business Development Officer At The Merrimack

CONCORD, NH — Merrimack County Savings Bank (The Merrimack) is pleased to announce the promotion of Shantelle Sutkus to Assistant Vice President Business Development Officer.

In this role, Sutkus will continue working with local businesses to support their unique cash management needs while developing and maintaining meaningful community connections.

“Shantelle is an intrinsic part of the team and an advocate for our small business community,” said Kristin Clark, Vice President, Business Development Officer at The Merrimack. “This is a well-deserved promotion and I’m confident she will excel in this new role.”

Sutkus joined The Merrimack in 2019 as a Branch Services Representative before being promoted to Business Client Services Administrator. In 2022, she promoted to her most recent role as Business Development Officer, serving business customers throughout Central and Southern New Hampshire.

Outside of the office, Sutkus is an active volunteer with her church and a familiar face around the Town of Weare, where she resides with her husband of 25 years - and where they raised their three sons.
