CONCORD, NH — Concord police and fire and rescue teams were sent to a two-vehicle crash on Airport Road on Saturday.

Around 4:45 p.m., an officer came upon a bad crash on the road near Russell Street and requested backup. The crash was between a GMC Acadia SUV and a car. The car had heavy damage, and the officer requested firefighters and EMTs.

Later, police learned from firefighters that an occupant of one of the vehicles possibly had broken ribs and was taken to Concord Hospital.

Police later went to the hospital to check on the woman and interview her.
