SUV Crashes Into Concord Fire’s Broadway Stationhouse: Watch
The driver of a Honda CR-V was taken to Concord Hospital on Monday after crashing into the side of Concord Fire's Station 4 on Broadway.
CONCORD, NH — Concord fire and rescue teams did not have to go far to assist with a vehicle into a building call on Monday, since it was their building the driver crashed into.
Around 6 p.m., the driver of a Honda CR-V lost control of the vehicle, possibly during a medical episode, and crashed into Station 4, the Concord Fire Department’s Broadway stationhouse.
A firefighter immediately radioed a Capital Area Mutual Aid Fire Compact dispatcher and requested police and the battalion chief to come to the scene. They also told dispatch the driver, a woman, was being evaluated.
