SUV Crashes Into Concord Police Cruiser On Fisherville Road: Watch
A police officer was sent to the Concord Hospital for evaluation on Saturday after a crash near Borough Road.
CONCORD, NH — A police officer on a traffic stop was rear-ended by another vehicle on Fisherville Road on Saturday.
Around 9 p.m., an officer stopped a white Hyundai near the Dollar General store. The officer radioed dispatch he was stopping the vehicle. About 90 seconds later, the officer could be heard screaming over the scanner. Dispatch asked if he was OK, and he said, “I got hit.”
Dispatch sent other officers to the scene, and the officer said he was OK again, but to please call firefighters.

When the other officers arrived, they reported a Honda Pilot SUV rear-ended the police SUV.
When firefighters arrived, they requested a second ambulance because two patients needed transportation. After the second ambulance arrived, though, it was placed back in service after a patient refused to be taken to the hospital.

The police officer was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
Two witnesses were questioned by police, and a New Hampshire State Trooper also arrived to assist.
