SUV, Mustang Collision Closes Manchester Street In Concord: Watch
Three people were taken to Concord Hospital after a crash near Old Suncook Road on Monday; one man had active arrest warrants.
CONCORD, NH — Concord police and fire and rescue teams were sent to a two-vehicle collision on Manchester Street on Monday morning.
Around 10:30 a.m., dispatchers began receiving reports about a serious crash near the intersection of Old Suncook Road. The first arriving police officer confirmed “a couple of ambulances” would be needed. Police shut down the street from Old Turnpike Road to the Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar, where traffic was re-directed.
The crash was between a Ford Mustang and a Honda SUV.

Before the first firefighters and EMTs arrived, a second ambulance was sent. The first firefighters on the scene tended to the driver in the Mustang and then requested a third ambulance.
Police ran a check on a passenger of one of the vehicles and dispatch reported the man had two electronic bench warrants with cash bail required. The warrants were confirmed by dispatch.

Three people were taken to Concord Hospital with officers in tow to follow up on the investigation and deal with the warrants for the passenger, according to scanner chatter.
Tow trucks were called to the scene to remove the vehicles.
