Teen Busted with Drugs on Clinton Street
A Concord man who was a passenger also charged.
Two Concord men are facing drug charges after being pulled over by the in the early morning hours on Clinton Street.
According to arrest reports, Austin Gimby, 17, of Concord, was reportedly driving a 2003 Buick Regal on July 10, and was pulled over at the intersection of Clinton and South Spring streets at around 2:45 a.m.
Police allege that during the traffic stop, Gimby was in possession of five grams of marijuana in a bag, two hydrocodone pills, and a knife with black residue on the tip.

Police also allegedly seized a ID belonging to another person, a Pembroke School ID belonging to another person, and a wallet with an ID and EBT card belonging to another person.
Gimby was charged with two counts of possession of drugs, one a felony, and two counts of possession of controlled drugs, one a felony, and released on $11,000 personal recognizance bail.

Also reportedly in the car was Joseph D. Bye, 20, of Concord, who was arrested and charged with one count of possession of controlled drugs.
Police alleged that Bye was in possession of a glass jar with marijuana in it. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000.
Both Bye and Gimby are due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 13.
