Timothy Richmond is 18, about 5 feet, 8 inches tall, and weighs 140 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes. According to Sgt. Mike Zappala of the Hooksett Police Department, Richmond, who has “intellectual disabilities,” was a new resident of town. He moved to Hooksett recently from Nashua, and investigators said he “may not be familiar with the area.” Zappala said Richmond also does not have a driver’s license or vehicle registered to him.

“He has been frequenting cell phone stores to switch out phones in an attempt to not be located,” he said.
