The Office Suite is Up For Sale
Death of a family member prompts owners to sell meeting room, café business on Concord's Loudon Road.

Kim Lyden-Ricker and Molly Ricker, the mother-daughter team that owns The Office Suite on Loudon Road, have decided to put up most of the business for sale.
According to Kim Lyden-Ricker, the café, all its equipment and furniture, as well as the meeting rooms on the east side of the complex, will be sold as a single business entity to any interested party.
The sale of the business was prompted by the death of Jack Ricker, Kim Lyden-Ricker’s son and Molly’s brother, who unexpectedly passed away in May of this year at 23. Jack Ricker was a fixture at the business, often seen helping out at the larger events and dropping by to talk to his family members, as well as guests and patrons who might be hanging out in the café.

The business has been semi-open since Jack Ricker’s death, with friends and family helping to run it in the family’s absence.
The family has decided to keep the larger Ricker Room space, on the west side of the business, as a separate entity in order to hold fundraising events for The Jack Ricker Foundation, a scholarship fund set up for those who want to attend flight school but can’t afford to. The larger Ricker Room will also be available to networking groups to continue to use and will also be rented out to the new owners of The Office Suite on a needed basis, in order to accommodate future guests who need a large space, according to the family.

“As many of you know, the loss of our Jack has made it extremely difficult to return to our business where a positive, motivated, and forward thinking atmosphere is necessary,” Kim Lyden-Ricker stated. “We miss you all, appreciate all whom have volunteered throughout the last eleven weeks and look forward to welcoming a new owner of The Office Suite soon.”
