Thompson Explains Why He Is Running For The Zone C Concord Board Of Education Seat
Aaron Thompson says he cares about the future of our schools and wants to contribute my experience as both an educator and a parent.

I’m running for the Concord School Board in Zone C.
I’m also a parent of three children currently attending Concord public schools, a college professor at New England College, and an educator with 20 years of experience in both Pre-K–12 and higher education.
My background includes working as a special education teacher at Rundlett Middle School, coaching basketball at Rundlett, and coaching soccer and lacrosse at Concord High School. I also hold a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership.

I’m running because I care about the future of our schools and want to contribute my experience as both an educator and a parent. Some of the issues I’m particularly interested in discussing include the district’s budget, long-term financial sustainability, academic performance, transparency, and communication between the School Board and families.
Thanks for giving local candidates the opportunity to introduce themselves to Concord residents.
