UPDATED: Power Restored to Chichester, Epsom, Loudon
Unitil is assessing restoration time. Could be up to two hours.

Update, 10:31 p.m. Power has been restored to nearly all the customers in the area.
Update, 8:25 p.m. Unitil workers are currently patrolling the area attempting to find out where the system needs repairs, according to a post on Twitter. Estimated restoration time is still around 10 p.m. (Sorry fans of “The Walking Dead” in Epsom, Chichester, and Loudon).

More than two thousands homes in the eastern part of the Capital Region are without power and has been since about 7:45 p.m., according to readers from those communities and the Unitil outage map.
All of Epsom, nearly three-fourths of Chichester, and about half of Loudon, or more than 2,300 households, are without power at this hour.
