Teens Arrested for Trespassing at New Hampshire Hospital
They face arraignment in June.
The New Hampshire State Police Campus Police arrested three people last weekend for trespassing on New Hampshire Hospital’s grounds in Concord, according to a press statement.
David Eddy, 18, of Concord, and a 16-year-old girl from Penacook, were all arrested at 2:40 p.m. on April 27, and charged with criminal trespass.
According to the press statement from the New Hampshire State Police, police received an alert that there were “several young subjects at the rear of main building” of the grounds on Pleasant Street “climbing a fence.”

An officer gained entry to the locked fence to the courtyard and found a door open. The officer entered the building and saw three people and took them into custody.
All three will be arraigned in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on June 16.
