Three Charged In Connection With November Concord Shooting
Concord Police arrest two 18-year-olds, one 19-year-old on felony charges.
CONCORD -- Concord Police have made three arrests in connected with a November shooting outside Penacook Place Apartments.
The Concord Monitor reported that Police charged Devon Gilligan, 18, of Concord, with felony armed robbery when he was taken into custody on Wednesday. Police also arrested Chea Chebo, 18, of Concord, on Wednesday on felony charges of conspiracy to commit armed robbery and accomplish to robbery.
Nicholas Castillo, 19, of Hooksett, turned himself in on a warrant Thursday morning on felony conspiracy to commit armed robbery and accomplice to robbery charges.

On Nov. 24, police received reports of shots fired outside of the apartment complex at 1:38 a.m. and a gunshot victim suffering from a wound inside a car near the One Stop Mart two miles away.
The Monitor reported the victim was taken to the Concord Hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

Gilligan was scheduled to be arraigned Thursday, and Chebo will be arraigned later this month. A court date was not released for Castillo.
