Thunderstorm, Possible Tornado Alert Issued By Forecasters For NH
Breaking: The National Weather Service has issued the alert warning to expect strong thunderstorms in central and southern New Hampshire.

GRAY, ME — The National Weather Service has issued both a hazardous weather outlook and severe thunderstorm watch for New Hampshire. The warning runs through 9 p.m. on Wednesday. Forecasters are warning of winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail with this wave of storms.
Weather watchers in the western part of the state have already reported gusty winds, lightning, and hail.
"A cold front moves through the region this afternoon," according to forecasters. "Some thunderstorms ahead of this front could be severe and produce damaging winds, large hail, locally heavy rainfall and possibly a tornado."

The alerts were issued at around 10:30 a.m. and just before 1 p.m. The last through 9 p.m.

This is the second time that a tornado alert has been issued in New Hampshire in two weeks. A possible tornado was caught on camera in Hooksett on Aug. 21.
