TikTok Banned From New Hampshire State Devices

CONCORD, NH — Chris Sununu signed an executive order banning TikTok from government devices and networks, the governor's office announced Thursday.

“New Hampshire is joining the growing list of states that have banned TikTok and other Chinese companies from state government devices and networks,” Governor Sununu said. “This move will help preserve the safety, security, and privacy of the citizens of New Hampshire.”

According to Sununu, the Department of Information Technology and other Executive Branch entities will remove the newly-banned software within 30 days.
