FINANCE CLERK FOR THE TOWN OF BOW
Part-Time Finance Clerk, 20 hrs. per week, in the Finance office.

Duties include: Prepare and record daily deposits and receipt reports in accordance with the Town Financial Policies. Enter accounts receivable invoices into computer system and process related reports. Prepare and mail invoices, payments, and billings with related documentation. Receive and record invoice payments and miscellaneous receipts from town departments. Monthly billing of tipping fees and fuel expenses. Compilation of credit card information, monthly allocation of department fees, and record Certificates of Insurance for town vendors. Additional departmental duties as needed.
Familiarity with computers and common software programs, other standard office machines required. High school diploma or equivalent combination of experience and skills. Pay range $19.64-$20.13/hr.
