Town Of Bow: Reevaluation Coming To Town
The state of New Hampshire will set the new tax rate for Bow in 2024 in late October.

As required by the State of New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration, every municipality must update their property assessments at least once every five years. The last full revaluation in Bow occurred in 2019. Over the past five years, the real estate market has experienced substantial growth.
The 2024 revaluation will adjust property assessments in Bow to 100% of the current market values as of April 1, 2024. It's important to note that an increase in assessment does not necessarily mean an increase in property tax bills. The new tax rate for Bow in 2024 will be set by the State of New Hampshire in late October. Given the significant increases in assessed values, the tax rate is expected to decrease. Property owners will receive notifications of their new assessments in August.
