The Town of Bow, NH (8,229 pop.) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Community Development Director.

The Director performs highly responsible administrative and professional work in directing the operations of the Community Development Department, including administration of the Town's land use regulatory programs, long-term planning activities, economic development, building inspection, and code compliance.

The ideal candidate will have experience with planning and economic development in a growing community and strong team leadership and supervisory skills. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in municipal planning, public administration, or related field; a minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible management experience related to public planning and development; or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the necessary knowledge.

The Town of Bow offers a competitive salary dependent upon qualifications and experience plus a full benefits package. Annual salary range $85,280 to $103,916 DOQ.
