Tropical Storm Hermine to Bring ‘Rough Surf,’ Rain to the Region
Here's an update on the storm's path and what New Hampshire can expect this week.

GRAY, ME — While tropical storms and hurricanes are nearly impossible to predict, forecasters have a lot of data when making presumptions about the pat that storms will follow. In the case of Tropical Storm Hermine, which has been downgraded again from a hurricane, the bulk of the storm’s wrath will probably miss New Hampshire.
Tropical Storm warnings have been issued for Rhode Island, Cape Cod and the Island, and north. The storm – which is still packing 65 mph winds – is expected to bring residuals, including rain, high winds, and riptides, this afternoon through Wednesday.

“Waves are expected to reach 6-9 feet in some locations,” according to the alert. “Post-Tropical Storm Hermine is expected to move north along the east coast through midweek.”
