According to Concord Police arrest reports, the charges stem from alleged incidents on Dec. 28, 2012, and Jan. 10, on West Parish Road. The cases involve jewelry, specifically, a gold, black onyx men’s ring, a gold ring with a diamond, and a gold ring with four petals and a pearl that were reportedly stolen from the home.

The person connected to the incidents is reported as “otherwise known” to Charnley, who was arrested by the Hillsborough Police Department on the Concord warrant on the date in question.

According to the Sanphy’s report, the Pembroke Police Department arrested her on the Concord warrant.

Charnley was later released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on May 6.

Sanphy was processed without incident and released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail. She is due in court on May 20.

Previously, Charnley, who was living in Boscawen at the time, was arrested a few days before the second alleged theft after allegedly choking a woman at the address in question. He was later released on bail and had a court date on March 4. He received a summons in August 2012 for reckless operation.

Sanphy was arrested back in 2006 on an shoplifting charge, reportedly stealing a hairbrush and jewelry from Claire’s at the Steeplegate Mall.
