The woman alleged that she was at the home of Musumeci and Yanski, and during the course of the evening of June 19, 2015, was sexually assaulted by Musumeci, who allegedly used “personal weapons” to assault her. The victim also alleged that Musumeci and Yanski conspired to perpetrate the assault, had planned to incapacitate her with alcohol, and both of them assaulted her during the evening in question after she was intoxicated. She alleged that she was unable and helpless to resist the assaults.

While investigators were looking into the allegations, they also learned of a separate incident involving the victim and Musumeci on Cremin Street on June 12. During that incident, Musumeci allegedly forcibly fondled the victim at around 10 p.m. The victim reportedly stated that the context of the June 12 incident wasn’t fully realized to her at the time and allegedly smoothed over by Musumeci.
