Two Vehicle Crash Reported In Concord’s North End: Watch
It occurred Sunday at the North State and Penacook streets and Horseshoe Pond Road intersection; one person was taken to the hospital.
CONCORD, NH — Concord police and fire and rescue teams were sent to the North End on Sunday for a two-vehicle crash.
Around noon, police and fire dispatch began receiving reports about a crash at the intersection of North State and Penacook streets and Horseshoe Pond Road by the fire headquarters. One vehicle, an Acura, had front-end damage, while another, a Mercury sedan, had more significant damage.
The car also crashed into a utility pole and knocked down the Horseshoe Pond Road street sign.

Fire and rescue teams, mere feet away, arrived first at the scene. EMTs evaluated two people for injuries. One person was taken to Concord Hospital by ambulance.
Tow trucks were called to the intersection to remove the vehicles.
